The service

Pickem Maker is a free web tool for creating and joining NFL pickem pools. It's provided as-is and may change over time.

Your responsibility

You're responsible for how you share pool URLs and what information you enter. Anyone with a pool URL may be able to access that pool. Commissioners are responsible for removing unwanted members and locking pools when appropriate.

Acceptable use

Don't use Pickem Maker to store illegal content, harass people, spam, attack the service, or interfere with other users. Pools that break these rules may be removed.

No gambling services

Pickem Maker doesn't process payments, track buy-ins, calculate payouts, or provide gambling services. If your group uses it for a private contest, you're responsible for following applicable laws and workplace rules.

No warranty

The service is provided without warranties. We try to keep pools available and scores accurate, but we can't guarantee uptime, data retention, or third-party scoreboard availability.

Limitation of liability

Pickem Maker and its operators aren't liable for losses or damages related to use of the service, including missed picks, unavailable score data, pool deletion, or service interruptions.
