The easiest office pool format is straight-up NFL pickem. You pick the winner of every game, each correct pick is a win, and the most wins leads the standings. Casual fans can play because nobody needs to understand betting lines or point spreads.

Each game locks at its own kickoff, so people can make Sunday picks on Sunday morning while the earlier games stay fair. Picks are graded automatically once games go final, and each week gets its own winner for pools that pay out weekly.

The standings page shows who hasn't picked the current week yet. It shows counts only, never which teams anyone took. One button copies a ready-made reminder with the next kickoff time and the names still missing, to paste into the channel.
